Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy guarantees a pleasant experience, featuring standard and express on all items across our store. We aim for a processing time of 1-2 business days, with orders generally arriving within 2-7 business days.
Each order is provided with a tracking number and is carefully packaged. If you have any inquiries regarding your order or wish to review our return policy our customer service team is eager to assist you.
Return Policy
At National E-Waste Recycling, we strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window for our customers. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within this timeframe.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees. Additionally, any refund issued will be adjusted to exclude the original shipping charges from your initial order.
If a product is faulty, significantly different from its description, hazardous, or has a major defect, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation based on the reduced value of the item. In cases of minor defects, we will repair or replace the product within a reasonable period.
To ensure a smooth return process, please package all items in their original packaging. If a return is damaged due to insufficient packaging or gets damaged during transit, the sender will be responsible for any associated costs.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of shipment to request a Return Authorisation.
We are happy to facilitate exchanges; however, costs for doing so may be incurred by the customer. Things such as shipping costs and any additional delivery fees if the exchange is due to a change of mind.

Refund Policy
To request a refund or seek another remedy, please contact National E-Waste Recycling directly. Proof of purchase is required to verify the issue and confirm that the fault was not caused by misuse.
We may have the product assessed by our on site technicians or the manufacturer within a reasonable timeframe to determine if it is defective or if basic troubleshooting is needed.
Whenever possible, faulty products should be returned with all original accessories (such as cables and chargers) to help process refunds, exchanges, or replacements efficiently.
Please note that National E-Waste Recycling reserves the right to limit or decline a remedy if the product was primarily used for commercial or business purposes and we were not informed of this before purchase. However, you may still have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in such cases.
